UNIVERSITY TEACHING

I was tremendously fortunate to be offered a full-time teaching position immediately after receiving my MFA in 2000. In 2009, I accepted a new position at the University of North Texas as Coordinator of 3D Foundations in the College of Visual Arts & Design as well as teaching courses in Metalsmithing & Jewelry-Making. My teaching has continued to evolve, especially in online course development. In 2012, I began offering the first online studio art course, appropriately focused on Digital Fabrication. I built upon this experience by significantly revising and expanding the online Professional Practices for Studio Artists course.
